Harriet Moss has been designing both woven and knitted clothing for the past twenty years.
Her love of color and texture formed a natural foundation on which to build her fiber career.
The progression started by weaving wall hangings and pillows and quickly turned to the challenge of
converting the fabric into clothing. Soon after, she combined knitting with her woven designs, She
now knits exclusively and has developed fabric patterns which are exciting as well as unique, and
designs which are functional and enduring. She is committed to outstanding quality in a garment
that looks great on the body and is luxurious to wear. All of her jackets, vests, coats, and
sweaters are novel in their conception and develop spontaneously. Each season is unique. The styling of
each garment is classic in shape, allowing the color and design to dominate her signature work.
